Basically, we need to ensure that Safari lets 1Blocker apply its filters. The steps are slightly different depending on the platform, so these short instructions for iOS and macOS should help.
On your iPhone or iPad
Enable Safari extensions
Navigate to iOS Settings > [Apps] > Safari > Extensions.
Turn on all 1Blocker extensions from the list.
Check content-blocking permissions
Navigate to iOS Settings > [Apps] > Safari > [Settings for websites] > Content Blockers.
Make sure that content blockers are allowed on all sites.
Activate filters
Launch 1Blocker.
Enable all the filters on the main screen.
Open every filter and turn on the subcategories under the Safari section.
