On macOS, our Safari toolbar button labels sites you allowed in 1Blocker with a red heart badge.

It looks like this:

This badge means that some or all block filters are currently inactive on this site because you added the site to the Allow List category at some point.

The badge is configurable, and you can manage it from the Allow Sites menu of our Safari toolbar icon.
