iOS widget for In-app tracking filter
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Many apps offer widgets to provide quick access to their key features directly from your iOS device's Home Screen, and 1Blocker is no exception. If you use the in-app tracking filter in 1Blocker, you can add its widget to your Home Screen to manage its state and see the number of blocked tracking requests.

How to add the widget

  1. Go to the Home Screen where you want to add the widget. You can add it to any page of your Home Screen.

  2. Tap and hold an empty space on the Home Screen until the apps start to jiggle. Alternatively, you can tap and hold any app icon and then select Edit Home Screen from the menu.

  3. Tap the + or Edit (iOS 18) button in the top-left corner of the screen and open the Widget Selector.

  4. Search for the 1Blocker widget in the Widget Selector and tap on it to open the view screen.

  5. Add the widget by tapping on Add Widget.

Once you’ve selected the widget, it will appear on your Home Screen. From here, you can drag it to the desired location on the Home Screen.

Once you’re happy with its placement, tap Done in the top-right corner of the screen to exit Jiggle Mode.

Your 1Blocker widget is now ready to use. Besides activating and deactivating the in-app blocking filter, you can quickly open 1Blocker by tapping on the blocked requests counter of the widget.

How to remove the widget

To remove the widget, tap and hold it until a menu appears, then select Remove Widget.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you can’t find the widget or it doesn't seem to work correctly, make sure 1Blocker is updated to the latest version. In addition, please try removing and re-adding the widget or restarting your device.
