If you come across a visual element you want to hide, 1Blocker is here to help you.
There are two different ways of creating your own rules that hide web elements:
Automatically: through the Visual Editor interface available in our Safari extensions.
Manually: by specifying names of concrete web elements (CSS selectors) in the "Hide Elements" category of the app.
The Visual Editor generates hiding rules automatically. There's no special knowledge required, so we recommend using it whenever possible.

However, if you are interested in more advanced blocking possibilities, have already worked with CSS Selectors, or want to learn more about them, you will find this article useful: CSS Selectors Overview.
