On macOS, while visiting allowed or partially allowed sites, our Safari toolbar button will be labeled with a red heart badge. It means that the user added that site to the Allow List category, and some of the blocking rules are currently disabled there.

We made the icon configurable, and you can manage it from 1Blocker's Preferences window.
