Find out why Safari extensions might be hidden on iOS 18

If your 1Blocker extensions seem to be missing from your Safari settings on iOS 18, there's a feature that might have hidden them.

It was added in iOS 18, so this article applies only to devices updated to that iOS version.

Why are the extensions missing?

If you enable the "Require Face ID" feature for an app or hide that app, iOS will automatically hide all Safari extensions associated with it from iOS Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions. This is expected behavior.

How to bring the extensions back?

To make the extensions reappear, you will need to deactivate "Require Face ID" or unhide 1Blocker.

Note: we've noticed an iOS bug that may affect Safari extensions even if "Require Face ID" appears to be disabled. In this case, try manually activating it, then turn it back off.
